Step 1: List Your Old Apps (15 pts). You wrote down which CRM, helpdesk, phone, or field apps your team used.

STEP 01 & STEP 02. PREP WORK.

Check Your Files and Confirm Ownership.

You do not need to clean or format anything yourself. First, I help you make a simple list of the apps your firm has used, like Salesforce, ServiceTitan, Zendesk, NetSuite, or Slack.
