Terms of Service and How I Work With You.

I am JC Burrows. These simple terms cover how you use my calculators, video briefings, and services on jcburrows.com and ZoomReferral (zoomreferral.com).

1. Who Uses My Websites.

I am JC Burrows (jcburrows.com), and I run ZoomReferral (zoomreferral.com). I built my online quizzes, calculators, and video briefings for business owners, CEOs, CFOs, brokers, and bankruptcy trustees who want to see what their old software files are worth.

2. My Two Free Data Brokering Programs ($0 Cost to Sellers).

I help business owners license copies of their old software files to AI labs through two main programs:

Program 01 — Active Businesses ($100,000–$2,000,000+): I help open businesses with 10 to 30+ staff and 2 to 3+ years of software history get paid for cleaned copies of their past CRM, job, chat, and audio files.
Program 02 — Closed Businesses & Estates ($100,000–$2,000,000+): I help shut-down companies and bankruptcy estates turn old cloud backups into cash for founders and creditors.

You Pay $0 Upfront: When you sell data through me, you never pay me an upfront fee. The AI buyer pays for the review, the privacy cleaning, and my finder's fee.

3. You Keep 100% Ownership of Your Files.

When you submit your business info to me, you confirm that you have the legal right to speak for your company or estate. Filling out a quiz on my site does not lock you into a contract. Every actual data deal happens later through a written two-way Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a plain licensing contract. You always keep 100% ownership of your business and your original files.

4. My Paid AI Checkup and Part-Time Chief AI Officer Work.

Separate from my $0-cost data brokering, some companies hire me to help their own team use AI safely. For that hands-on consulting work, I offer a $999 150-Point AI & Data Checkup. If you hire me for my $7,500/month Part-Time Chief AI Officer Retainer (3-month minimum) within 30 days, I credit 100% of your $999 checkup toward your first month ($6,501 net Month 1).
